Printed material reviews (physical books, maps and pamphlets)

Books and maps. I’ve accumulated a worrying amount of them over the years and also reviewed books for The Palaeontological Association Newsletter and the Scottish Journal of Geology.

So, here are my thoughts on some books, maps and other printed matter (the cheap way to send things through the post!). I am aiming to try and post around one review a week after this initial flurry.

I am a palaeobiologist in my early 40's carrying out research work. I am based in Scotland.
